Northmoor Lodge is 300 mtrs from the House and can be booked together with it although we do have to point out that the Dining tables in the House will only seat 24 comfortably. There is parking for two cars at the Lodge, and two well behaved pets are welcome. Full central heating and hot water are by oil fired boiler, all radiators have thermostatic valves for the comfort of guests. Electricity and oil included in price.

The dining Room has seating for 6 at the table and is open plan with the kitchen, which is well supplied with all necessary amenities including a washing machine, LPG cooker with eye level grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, food processor, mixer, etc.

The main bedroom has a 5'0" king size double bed, the second bedroom has twin 3'0" beds and the child's 2' 6" bed is built into an alcove on the landing. All beds are supplied with duvets and each guest has two large towels.
From the landing window one gets a good view of the garden, with barbecue and furniture. Although the garden is enclosed, it is not dog proof, but is safe for small children. A quiet country lane runs alongside the garden with views across parkland the other side where it is often possible to catch site of some of Exmoor's famous Red Deer. The Lodge makes an ideal base for walking, birdwatching or generally exploring all the delights that the Exmoor National Park has to offer.
