The House is set in three acres of beautiful landscaped gardens and gives ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves without feeling crowded .It is not only superb for families to enjoy time together, but also acts as a good base for walking and birdwatching. The River Barle runs close by down to the small town of Dulverton, just two miles away, with a good selection of useful shops and other amenities. Including Butcher Gerald David and The Tantivy for newspapers, fancy goods, confectionery and cream by post.
Minehead is 22 miles distant, Tiverton 15, and the North Devon Coast with good beaches for swimming and surfing approximately 30 miles away.
